Praise is to Lord Allah, the Originator of the Heavens and Earth, Creator of Angels with wings of two, three, and four; He increases the structure of creations as He wishes, indeed, Allah is capable of each and everything.
Messenger Muhammad has seen Angel Jibreel two times in its original form. At that time Jibreel had 600 wings. That is the meaning of “He increases the structure of creations as He wishes”. See explanation 12: 101; 21: 30; 37: 1.
Whatever Allah opens from His Mercy for mankind, then none is there to withhold It; and whatever He withholds, then there is none to send it after Him, and He is the Exalted, the Wise.
Mercy is one of the 40 names of Adhikr. Three Time Knower Lord Allah is deciding to whom and when His Message is to be given, and none of His creatures has any right to decide to whom and when It is to be given. Therefore, the believer will read Adhikr in the dawn and dusk praying with soul “Oh my Lord! You increase to me the Knowledge” and will follow It and propagate It to entire mankind irrespective of caste, religion, sex, nation, color, etc. as explained in verses 7: 205-206.
