(Fathwir) 35 : 1
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُولِي أَجْنِحَةٍ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ ۚ يَزِيدُ فِي الْخَلْقِ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Praise is to Lord Allah, the Originator of the Heavens and Earth, Creator of Angels with wings of two, three, and four; He increases the structure of creations as He wishes, indeed Allah is capable upon each and everything.
Messenger Muhammad saw Angel Jibreel twice in its original form, where Jibreel had 600 wings. This is what is meant by “He increases the structure of creations as He wishes.” See explanation 12: 101; 21: 30; 37: 1.
